We are looking for an experienced UX & UI Experience Designer and Tester to join our AI & Digital Transformation team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences across AI platforms, ensuring smooth interaction and usability testing. Key Responsibilities
User Research & Experience Design
• Conduct user research and interviews to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points for AI products.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and experience flows to inform design solutions.
• Translate business and functional requirements into interaction models, wireframes, screen designs, prototypes, and UI elements.
• Ensure usability and user-centered design by optimizing experiences for ease of use.
• Design AI-specific interactions (e.g., conversational agents, predictive text) to enhance engagement.
Collaborative Design Delivery
• Work closely with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams to co-design solutions that align with project goals.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, ensuring iterative design improvements based on feedback.
• Maintain design consistency and ensure accessibility and adherence to best practices across all AI applications.
Usability Testing & Feedback Loop
• Design and execute usability test plans (task-based testing, A/B testing, surveys).
• Analyze test results, identify usability issues, and propose design improvements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating design implementations against user needs.
Documentation & Design Assets
• Maintain detailed design documentation, including system specs, color palettes, and UI guidelines.
• Create user guides or onboarding materials for smooth solution adoption.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
• Monitor post-implementation user experience and recommend ongoing enhancements.
• Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and AI design patterns to ensure continuous improvement in solutions.
Requirements
• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design and testing.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Figma, Usability Testing, and Prototyping tools.
• Experience designing customer/user journey maps and experience flows.
• Strong understanding of AI, analytics, and process automation.
• Experience in workshop facilitation and storytelling for design justification.
• Knowledge of conversation flow design, error handling, and multi-turn interactions for AI chatbots.
• Education: Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
