What You’ll Build
• Design and refine end-to-end user experiences for clinician workflows—onboarding, dashboards, and job pathways.
• Create intuitive wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Support usability testing and apply feedback to improve UI flows and user interactions.
• Work directly with product managers and engineers to translate ideas into shipped features.
• Contribute to live product sprints—whiteboard, iterate, and launch in real time.

• What You Bring
• 0.5–1 year of hands-on or academic design experience (projects, internships, or coursework).
• Strong command of Figma and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Mandatory: Prior exposure to or hands-on use of MCP (Model Context Protocol), Cursor, or Claude for design or prototyping workflows.
• Portfolio showing design systems, UX thinking, and product prototypes.
• Comfort working in an early-stage, fast-moving team.
• Must be able to work on-site in Fremont, CA, available immediately.
• Must accept the terms of an unpaid internship with potential for conversion.
