What you'll be doing
• Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance processes and procedures
• Conducting thorough testing and inspections at all stages of the manufacturing process to identify and address any quality issues
• Analyzing test data and production metrics to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related problems and implement corrective actions
• Documenting quality control processes and maintaining detailed records
• Staying up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality assurance
What we're looking for
• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer in the precision Or manufacturing Or semiconductor industry
• Proficient in using quality management tools and methodologies, such as SPC, FMEA, and 8D
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
