Urgent Hiring for **Data Architect**
Remote: We can hire outside Qatar.
• *Work Location: Doha**
• *Availability : Immediate.**
• *Duration - 10 Months (Extendable)**

• *Key Responsibilities include**:
- Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and integrate bank data with external credit rating agencies.
- Develop and maintain the enterprise data architecture framework, standards and guidelines to ensure consistent and secure data management.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into data models.
- Ensure data architecture is scalable, secure and aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Perform data modeling, database design, and data integration tasks including the development and maintenance of ETL processes to import, cleanse and structure data from credit rating agencies.
- Optimize and maintain legacy systems, integrating new technologies to improve efficiency.
- Lead data migration efforts, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot database systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Stay current with emerging data technologies and trends, recommending improvements and innovations.
• *Required experience and qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer or similar role in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (DBMS), data warehousing solutions and big data technologies.
- Proficiency in data modeling tools and techniques.
- Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and data governance practices in the banking sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services is a plus.
- Experience working with credit rating agencies is preferred
