We participate in E-Verify Responsibilities • Design engaging, accessible and user-centered experience across a variety of digital platforms and work as part of a cross-disciplinary team of internal and external collaborators to apply UI/UX best practices, using data, interviews and design trends to inform design decisions, and create the most engaging and effective experience possible for the end user • Plan and conduct user research and testing of new features for digital platforms as well as competitor and trend research • Create sitemaps, prototypes, guest journeys and wireframes • Consult with partners, marketing managers and general managers to understand their goals and present designs and findings in a professional manner • Analyze end user analytics, customer feedback, and user testing to determine performance outcomes and future design iterations • Collaborate with product, engineering and leadership teams to roadmap new features • Assist with user story writing in product management software such as Jira, detailing specific deliverables to be passed to the development team • Research and maintain a strong knowledge base of UI/UX emerging technologies, techniques and industry trends and current best practices • Maintain proficiency and safely and effectively use equipment and software, including but not limited to Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop • Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction • Multitask calmly and effectively under pressure • Lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of experience with UI / UX design • Skilled in working effectively as part of a collaborative, cross-disciplinary team • Proven ability to craft engaging and accessible user experiences across a variety of digital platforms Salary Range USD $70,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
