Solution IT Inc. is looking for an UI/UX Designer one of its clients in Houston, TX, 4 days Onsite, Friday remote Job Title: UI/UX Designer Summary: • The main function of a UI/UX Designer is to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences that enhance usability and meet business goals. A typical UI/UX Designer is responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality interfaces. • Manager is seeking a candidate with 8+ years of UI/UX Designer experience, strong communication skills, and a high level of professionalism. • Candidates must include link to portfolio with submission. Responsibilities: • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize user interfaces. • Design user flows and experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing. • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with project goals. • Apply design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across digital products. • Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and evolving user needs. Required Skills • 8-10 years of experience. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. • Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions. • Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards. • Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams. • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field required.
