Job Description
• Lead the design process for our digital banking products, focusing on investment, loan and other features.
• Define the design guideline for our core banking services and cultivate consistency in the e-Commerce products and related services.
• Participate in and prototype end to end banking architecture and drive overall design directions.
• Lead / participate in user and market research to produce deep product insights and bring new innovative ideas to the digital banking market.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or outstanding design skills.
• 3+ years in designing web / mobile products.
• Experience in designing for digital banking products is a plus.
• Experience in motion design is a plus
• Solid design philosophy, deep understanding and practical experience in user experience design and related fields.
• Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
• Passionate and detail-oriented.
• Experience in designing for global / regional / local markets.
• Experience in project management will be preferred for senior roles.
