The UI/UX Designer supports the design of user interfaces and experiences for AI products. This role involves creating intuitive and engaging designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive product adoption. The UI/UX Designer ensures that all AI products meet high standards of usability and accessibility.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Support the design and development of user interfaces and experiences for AI products.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and ensure alignment with product goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all AI products.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design and apply them to enhance the user experience.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices in all design activities.
• Prepare and present design proposals and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Participate in project planning and contribute to the development of project timelines and deliverables.
• Perform other duties relevant to the job as assigned by the Sr. UI/UX Designer or senior management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Usability Analyst (CUA), UX Certification) are preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design or related fields
• Experience in designing interfaces for AI or technology-focused products
• Strong proficiency in UI/UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and creativity in design
• In-depth understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices
• Familiarity with user research and usability testing methodologies
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Axure)
