Quality Assurance Officer
The Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems (QMS) that meet regulatory requirements, such as DOH, JAWDAH, and TASNEEF.
• Conduct internal audits and evaluate compliance with regulations.
• Develop and update policies on patient care, infection control, safety, and risk management.
• Monitor KPIs and quality metrics to drive improvements.
• Lead or participate in external audits and accreditation processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A bachelor's degree in a medical field or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• CPHQ certification or equivalent experience.
