A company is looking for a UI / UX Designer to support complex initiatives by bringing structure and a human-centered perspective to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Lead discovery efforts to identify user needs, pain points, and business objectives
Plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to drive alignment and clarity
Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clearly defined problem statements and priorities
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading discovery and requirements gathering activities
Proficiency in creating design artifacts using tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar
Active Secret Clearance
3+ years of relevant experience with a BA / BS degree
