Job Description:
The Lead – Quality Assurance Analyst will work in the Insurance Domain with a focus on organizational deliverables, best practices, and client management using various methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAFe). This includes performing project rollouts of Insurance frontend Applications and Billing Systems, with the support of insurance products using Duck Creek, SQL, Soap UI, Rest API, ETM etc.
Create business requirement documents, functional specification documents, and end-to-end flow of functionality through Visio diagrams including Data Flow and Use Cases. Oversee/deliver engagements for P&C insurance customers and establish/manage SLA. Perform system study, feasibility analysis, estimations, and project planning, project progress, and project status reporting.
Identifying, reporting, and analyzing defects using defect tracking tools like JIRA, Azure Devops. Preparation of test summary and defect summary reports along with monthly and quarterly reports to the customers.
