Job Description:
• Provide project administration and operational support for the systems.
• Support the System Manager in day-to-day system management and operations.
• Manage Change Requests, Service Requests, and Incident Reports to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance in areas such as account, log, configuration, backup, and vulnerability management.
• Conduct and support security vulnerability assessments, coordinating with contractors for timely remediation.
• Liaise with contractors, application, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve system or hardware issues.
• Prepare progress reports and updates for the System and Operations Managers.
• Support procurement and project administration activities where required.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in application implementation and/or support.
• Strong foundation in: Database technologies, Networking technologies, System integration & Cybersecurity
• Familiar with system monitoring tools and performance metrics.
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Resourceful, proactive, and responsible with the ability to work independently.
