Overview
As a UX Designer at DoveRunner, you'll define customer interactions with our platform. This role collaborates with Product Owners, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Responsibilities
• Work with POs to define feature requirements and technical constraints.
• Translate product needs into user-friendly, secure, and modern experiences.
• Stay up-to-date on Cyber Security industry trends and competitors' products.
• Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups reflecting the platform's brand and design language.
• Maintain the product design system.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and internal feedback sessions to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure designs meet technical requirements.
• Promote best practices, including accessibility standards.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a UX/Product designer in B2B SaaS, web consoles, or enterprise software environments.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process, critical thinking, and data-driven UI design.
• Self-motivation to drive projects forward, work independently, and set standards for DoveRunner's user experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively across international time zones.
