Title: WMS Supply Chain Architect Location: Beverly Hills, CA (4 days onsite, staggered) Duration: 6 months (likely extension or conversion) Pay Rate: $70–$95/hr Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) About the Role A luxury athleisure brand is seeking a WMS Supply Chain Architect to design and optimize warehouse and transportation systems for a high-volume retail/eCommerce environment. You’ll own the blueprint for WMS, TMS, and integrations to improve DC throughput and on-time delivery. Responsibilities • Lead discovery sessions with Ops, DC, Logistics, and IT teams. • Author solution and interface specifications for WMS/TMS integrations. • Guide configuration, oversee integration build, testing, UAT, and cutover. • Define KPIs and alerts for throughput, carrier performance, and inventory accuracy. Must-Have Experience • 10+ years in supply chain; 7+ years in WMS architecture for retail/eCommerce at enterprise scale. • Deep WMS design/configuration plus TMS (parcel/LTL, rate shopping, labels, compliance). • Strong systems integration experience (API/EDI/queues) across WMS/TMS/ERP/OMS/eComm/DCs/3PLs. • Proven success delivering in high-volume/peak environments with clear solution design and runbooks.
