Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
制定并执行销售策略，确保达成业绩目标。
Identify and secure new business opportunities in logistics & express delivery.
开拓物流及快递行业新客户，促成合作。
Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and maintain long-term client relationships.
管理重点客户，参与商务谈判，维护长期合作关系。
Lead and mentor sales team members to optimize performance.
带领并指导销售团队，提升整体业绩。
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance service offerings.
与市场及运营团队协作，优化服务方案。
Requirements / 任职要求
3+ years of sales experience in logistics, express delivery, or related industries.
3年以上物流、快递或相关行业销售经验。
Proven track record in B2B sales and key account management.
具备B2B销售及大客户管理成功经验。
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
优秀的领导力、谈判及沟通能力。
Goal-driven, strategic thinker with ability to motivate a team.
目标导向，具备战略思维及团队激励能力。
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
本科及以上学历，商务、市场营销等相关专业优先。
Have experience in courier company in the UAE preferred.
有阿联酋快递公司工作经验者优先。
