Role: RPA Tech Lead
Location: United States(Remote)
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the successful delivery of RPA projects from planning through deployment and support.
• Identify, analyze, and design automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Oversee development teams in building and deploying "bots" using
Automation Anywhere
and ensure adherence to RPA best practices.
• Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and resources across geographies to ensure successful execution.
• Proactively coordinate with business and IT owners for access, requirement clarification, test data, and platform-related dependencies.
• Conduct financial and performance analysis to measure automation ROI and ongoing effectiveness.
• Support the maintenance, enhancement, and governance of existing automation solutions.
Required Skills:
• Proven experience in
project management
and leading complex technology or automation initiatives.
• Hands-on understanding of
RPA concepts
and the
software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Strong working experience with
Automation Anywhere
(implementation experience required).
