ABOUT THE SOFTWARE ENGINEER
We’re looking for a Lead Back-End Engineer to own backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML integrations end-to-end. This is a hands-on role where you’ll design, build, and scale APIs, microservices, vector databases, LLM orchestration, and real-time personalization pipelines.
You’ll work closely with product and AI teams, shaping the technical direction while delivering production-quality systems that power the next generation of emotionally intelligent AI.
SKILLS
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in C# / .NET and Python for backend & ML services
• Experience building scalable APIs (REST, GraphQL) and microservice architectures
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3), Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience integrating or scaling AI/ML systems (LLMs, vector DBs, embeddings, RAG pipelines)
• Startup mindset: thrive in high-ownership, fast-moving environments
• Ability to architect and deliver production-quality systems end-to-end
