A company is looking for a Training & Quality Assurance Specialist. Key Responsibilities Develops and delivers training programs and updates curriculum for performance improvement initiatives Conducts competency testing and collaborates with departments to enhance workflows and processes Monitors compliance with policies and procedures, conducting audits to ensure high-quality standards Required Qualifications Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred Two years of related experience in health care billing, reimbursement, or scheduling Experience with revenue cycle systems and financial counseling processes Ability to train others and knowledge of billing and reimbursement practices Flexibility of schedule and goal-oriented with high standards for quality and performance
