Responsibilities The e-commerce data science team aims to maximize the efficiency of e-commerce transactions through quantitative techniques such as mathematical statistics and machine learning. Use causal inference, Machine Learning and other technologies to actively explore opportunities in traffic, products, operations, strategies, etc.; 2. Through keen insight into the business, Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis, model construction, and experimental verification, complete in-depth special project analysis and give strategic suggestions; 3. Efficient communication with cross-functional team, promote the implementation of strategy application and continuous optimization. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer, statistics, data science or related majors, master's and doctoral are preferred; 2. Solid foundation in machine learning and statistics, proficient in SQL, Python /R; 3. Familiar with e-commerce search or recommendation strategies, relevant experience is preferred; 4. Good at communication, proactive in work, have a sense of ownership, strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork ability and pressure bearing ability; 5. Have strong curiosity and self-driving force, like to accept challenges, aim for the highest. Preferred Qualifications: 1.
