This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for growth opportunities who’s ready to build deep knowledge across our business lines and eventually lead a high-performing BD team. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement a B2B strategy that drives revenue growth and improves profitability across multiple business segments. • Identify and secure new business opportunities with corporate clients, fleet operators, government agencies, and institutional partners. • Manage the full sales pipeline—from lead generation to deal closure—in collaboration with business unit heads. • Lead or support proposals for fleet tenders, bulk purchases, and other major institutional deals. • Prepare and oversee commercial proposals, contracts, and presentation materials. • Partner with segment leads (e.g., Car Sales, Leasing, Motor) to design and deliver compelling B2B offerings. • Build and lead a growing BD team, mentoring team members across specialized verticals. • Track and report performance metrics, including revenue, pipeline value, and new account activation. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Growth in B2B revenue and gross profit (monthly/quarterly). • Number of active and retained corporate clients. • Win rate for tenders and institutional partnerships. • Total value of qualified sales pipeline across all verticals. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 6–10 years of B2B experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships. • Proven ability to win and grow enterprise-level accounts. • Skilled in developing business proposals and delivering executive-level presentations. • Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills, and relationship management. • Experience in automotive, fleet, leasing, or logistics is an advantage but not essential. • Able to take ownership and transition into a team leadership role as the function scales.
