• *Responsibilities**:
- Install, configure and maintain unified communications systems for businesses customers.
- Install, configure and maintain data network for businesses customers.
- Troubleshoot and repair telecom and network hardware and software both remotely and on premise.
- Resolve service issues directly with customers.
- Drive to and from customer businesses.
- Keep current on the latest technology in the telecom, network security and IT support industry.
- Work as part of a team of technicians to support our diverse customer base of business, Government, education and other clients across Ottawa, (and throughout the Province).
