Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical team in developing and
implementing software solutions.
- Oversee the design, development, and
maintenance of server-side and client-side
architecture.
- Ensure all tech-related resources are
optimally utilized and projects are delivered
on time.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and other team leaders to align technical initiatives with business goals.
- Maintain high standards of software quality
by establishing good practices and habits
within the coding and development teams
• *Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Master's degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
Other Required Qualifications:
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g. AWS, Azure, etc.) are a plus.
- Experience leading Agile development teams.
- Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience as a technical lead or senior developer in the e-commerce or digital products domain.
- Deep understanding of server-side and client-side architecture patterns and best practices.
