Contract Opportunity: Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite)

We're looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to support delivery across complex, technical initiatives within the Oil, Natural Gas & Commodities (ONGC) domain.
This role suits someone who is pragmatic, delivery-focused, and comfortable operating across both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end Project Management and Scrum Master activities
Drive delivery within a technical PMO framework
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID)
Coordinate cross-functional technical teams
Maintain clear, proactive communication with senior stakeholders
Adapt delivery approach to suit project needs (Agile vs Waterfall)
• Required Experience
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager and/or Scrum Master
Background in Oil, Gas, Energy, or Commodities (ONGC) environments
Strong technical PMO and governance experience
Excellent risk management and delivery assurance skills
Comfortable working in highly technical environments
Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience with fuel or energy trading platforms
Large-scale platform or system implementation experience
• Additional Information
Must be able to commute to the London office 3 days per week
No restrictions on on-site attendance
