Technical Lead & Application Development Manager (Corporate Banking/Custody) Responsibilities To collect and analyze user requirements, produce functional and/or system specifications, and build or enhance application systems to cope with business needs. To supervise or coordinate development teams to ensure quality of deliverables. Participating in development and testing activities, and performing support & maintenance activities. Collaborating with external parties to complete the project on time and within budget. Qualifications Degree holder or above in Computer Science or related disciplines. 5+ years of solid experience in Java, JMS, Web service, Websphere, Oracle, SQL, MQ, Python, shell scripts, UNIX, AIX. Experience in Corporate Banking, Custody, Corporate Trust and Agency Business is highly preferred. Familiar with system development life cycle, testing and quality assurance processes. Strong analytical skills, system design experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem solving skills. Self‑motivated, willing to work in a competent, challenging, team‑work environment. Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus. Leadership experience will be an advantage; candidates with less experience will be considered as Application Development Manager.
