Responsibilities
• Lead technical design and implementation across frontend and backend
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers
• Review architecture, code quality, and deployment strategies
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions

• Hands-on development alongside the team
Required Skills
• Deep expertise in Python / Django
• Strong frontend experience with / React
• Solid experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Proven experience leading engineering teams or projects
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
