Responsibilities Create comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, developer tutorials, and API documentation for software engineers Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary information for accurate and effective documentation Develop external content tailored to diverse audiences, such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and interactive developer guides Review, test, and edit documents created by others to ensure they have clarity, consistency, and are up to date Plan and manage complex documentation projects, overseeing information architecture and organization Enhance developer documentation with relevant sample code to aid understanding and implementation Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience as a technical writer, possessing a personal style guide and a strong portfolio of writing samples At least 1 year of experience with blockchain technology Preferably at least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science Expertise in using Github and Markdown for documentation Familiarity with static site generators such as Docusaurus, Gitbook, and Read The Docs Experience with project management tools like Jira and Linear Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and React Native Comfortable working in a UNIX environment and collaborating closely with software engineers on a daily basis Full proficiency in the English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently on highly technical projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
