Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Enhancement
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams, Business Units, and IT stakeholders to analyze, design, and develop new system features based on business needs.
• Develop and maintain AI and Business Intelligence solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Write, test, and maintain high-quality code and scripts for system enhancements and new developments.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, including business requirement specifications and design documents.
• Create and deliver design prototypes based on detailed user requirement analysis.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to validate deliverables align with approved design and specifications.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to address and resolve system issues efficiently.
• Implement application/system upgrades and improvements as per approved plans and schedules.
• Generate management reports and ad-hoc updates on system development and enhancement progress.
AI & Machine Learning (ML) Development
• Support end-to-end AI/ML project lifecycle, focusing on model development, optimization, and deployment.
• Collaborate in data gathering, mapping, and processing to enable AI and ML model development.
• Stay updated on latest AI/ML frameworks, tools, and innovations to improve solution design and performance.
• Ensure AI/ML models and data processing activities adhere to privacy, security, and regulatory compliance standards.
Data & Process Automation
• Work closely with Senior Specialists and Data Operations teams to develop automation scripts and programs to optimize processes.
• Collaborate with Data Governance teams to ensure secure and compliant data management practices.
• Monitor database performance, conduct tests, and implement performance tuning as per recommendations.
Governance, Risk, and Compliance
• Ensure all developments comply with audit, risk, and regulatory guidelines, including data privacy and security policies.
• Follow established audit, risk, and compliance procedures during all phases of development and deployment.

Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from a recognized university (mandatory).
• Master’s Degree in Management, AI, Data Science, or a related field from a recognized university (preferred).
Experience
• 5 to 8 years of experience in financial services or banking, focused on system/application development and AI solutions.
• Proven experience as a Database Developer, with hands-on work on Oracle applications.
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML development and integration within enterprise applications.
