We have an urgent requirement for Technical Analyst React.js + React Native + Java (Spring Boot), AWS deployment, REST/Web Socket API integration for one of our banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

• Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot/Spring Cloud) is MUST for this role
• Strong experience in Cloud & Dev Ops: AWS (EKS/ECS, RDS, S3, Secrets Manager, Cloud Watch) is MUST for this role
• Strong experience in API & Integration: REST & Web Socket APIs, trading platform API experience is MUST for this role
This role will initially collaborate with external consultants to build and integrate a modern trading ecosystem consisting of:
• A React.js web trading interface
• A React Native micro-app embedded within existing mobile banking channels
• Java-based backend microservices deployed on AWS
After a six-month handover, the role will transition into production support and continuous enhancement, taking full ownership of the codebase, deployments, and ongoing operational support.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with external consultants to develop and integrate:
• React.js web trading interface
• React Native micro-app for mobile banking
• Java (Spring Boot/Spring Cloud) backend microservices hosted on AWS
• Implement and maintain trading API integrations (order placement, market data, funding, account services)
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and sprint ceremonies
• Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions for multi-environment deployments
• Ensure security compliance (OAuth, API key management, secure storage in AWS Secrets Manager/KMS)
• Take over complete codebase ownership post-handover from consultants
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specs, and operational runbooks
• Participate in shadow support sessions to learn production troubleshooting and incident handling
• Lead platform maintenance and continuous improvement activities
• Monitor and troubleshoot systems using AWS Cloud Watch, logging, and alerting tools
• Deploy hotfixes and performance optimizations with minimal downtime
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on ongoing product roadmap initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
• Frontend:
React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand/Recoil), React Native (navigation, native modules)
• Backend:
Java 11+ with Spring Boot & Spring Cloud
• Integration: REST APIs, Web Sockets, and event-driven architectures (Kafka, Rabbit
MQ, or AWS SQS/SNS)
• Database:
Postgre
SQL/MySQL and No
SQL exposure
• Cloud: AWS (EKS/ECS, RDS, S3, Secrets Manager, KMS, Cloud Watch)
• Dev Ops:
Git Hub + Git Hub Actions (CI/CD), Docker
• Trading APIs:
Integration experience with platforms like Interactive Brokers, Drive Wealth, etc.
• Security: OAuth, secure key management, and encryption standards
• Knowledge of financial trading concepts (market/limit orders, settlement cycles, reconciliation)
• Strong documentation and communication skills for vendor coordination and internal updates
• Hands‑on experience in Agile/Scrum environments
