DTS aims to define and sustain the technology target state, manage a 3-year Digital Roadmap, stay current with industry trends, and lead integrated digital, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity implementations. • *Role**: The Technical Lead in the Workplace Solutions team designs, develops, integrates, and implements software and infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities include project delivery, software maintenance, vendor collaboration, and ensuring solutions meet IT standards and business requirements. • *Key Responsibilities**: - Design, develop, and integrate information systems. - Analyze and improve existing systems. - Manage third-party vendor relationships. - Develop standards for deployment, testing, and governance. - Provide expertise for complex technical support issues. - Ensure system security, performance, and availability. - Administer and configure mobile devices via Office365, Intune, and Azure Active Directory. - Oversee the health and performance of endpoint infrastructure. - Conduct assessments and report vulnerabilities. • *Screening Criteria**: - Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field. - Minimum 7 years of experience in endpoint management, Microsoft 365, Windows Desktop OS, MDM, Microsoft Power Platform, Telephony, Mac OS, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Copilot for M365. - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Leadership skills and ability to work independently. • *Assets** - Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration and Communications Engineer, Teams Administrator, Endpoint Administrator, Azure Virtual Desktop - Bilingualism in both official languages (English & French) • *Compensation Details**: - Tech Lead 18: Salaries typically range from $94,664 to $126,219 annually, based on qualifications and experiences, plus a performance-based incentive. • *Location** - This role will be performed from EDC’s headquarters in Ottawa. - **Please see job description on our careers page for further details.**_ • *Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $94,664.00-$126,219.00 per year • *Benefits**: - Company events - Dental care - Flexible schedule - Language training provided - Paid time off - Work from home Schedule: - Monday to Friday Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ottawa, ON K1A 1K3
