Job Responsibilities
Curriculum & Learning
· Oversee the delivery of the EYFS framework ensuring it meets the needs of all learners.
· Monitor planning, assessment, and learning environments to ensure they are engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate
Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
· Participate actively in staff meetings, CPD, school events, and co-curricular programmes.
· Collaborate with year group and subject teams to ensure curriculum consistency
· Facilitate CPD opportunities tailored to early childhood education.
· Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture.
Partnership with Parents
· Engage parents as active partners in their child’s learning through effective communication, workshops, and regular updates.
· Lead or contribute to EYFS events, assemblies, and learning showcases
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in education
Postgraduate Certificate in Education or Postgraduate Diploma in Education with QTS
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience teaching in the British Curriculum in a similar role.
