The Mission
At Celotti Tech Talent, we are moving away from the "broker" mindset of traditional recruitment to become Talent Infrastructure Partners. As we launch our Singapore branch, we need a Delivery Lead who can translate complex AI leadership needs into high-performance team builds. You will be the guardian of our "Win-Win" ecosystem, ensuring we eliminate Hiring Debt through precision and retention.
The Role: Architect of Delivery
You are the "Engine Room" of the Pod. You will own the entire lifecycle of the recruitment project, managing the interface between our Singapore-based clients and our offshore technical research team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Management: Lead "Technical Intake" sessions with CTOs and Business Heads to map out talent requirements and cultural integration.
• Offshore Team Leadership: Manage and mentor 1–2 offshore Technical Researchers, ensuring high-quality talent mapping and data integrity.
• Project Governance: Oversee the 3-step delivery process (Mapping --Vetting ---Integration), maintaining the strict milestones of our fixed-fee model.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct final technical and cultural vetting to ensure every candidate presented matches our high-retention standards.
Who You Are
• Experience: Proven track record in recruitment delivery, project management, or talent operations, specifically within the Tech/AI space.
• Leadership: Experience (or a strong desire) in managing offshore or remote teams to drive consistent output.
• Process-Driven: You love building "Systems." You prefer predictable frameworks over reactive "spray-and-pray" recruitment.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to hold your own in conversations about Data Science, Machine Learning, and Engineering leadership.
