Responsibilities:
• Manage and build pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening, referrals and cold-calling for complex searches to find and engage talents of all levels within the Oil & Gas Sector.
• Conduct screening calls for suitable talent as a first stage of evaluation and assessment.
• Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency (e.g. supporting market research and talent mapping initiatives).
• Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate the company as a great place to work for all candidates.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree /Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition/recruitment function in an in-house or agency environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and contribute in a fast-paced work environment.
• O&G technical recruiting experience or engineering recruitment would be a very big plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly with all levels of stakeholders.
