As a key engineer, you will contribute to designing and building robust, low-latency systems that support systematic trading from research to execution. Responsibilities: • Collaborate on the vision and technical roadmap for the Delta One mid-frequency trading platform. • Design, develop, and maintain critical components of a scalable, low-latency trading system tailored to mid-frequency Delta One strategies. • Ensure all software meets rigorous standards for code quality, system architecture, and operational robustness. • Acquire a deep understanding of trading workflows and market microstructure to optimize platform performance. • Work closely with senior stakeholders across trading, engineering, and research teams to foster collaboration and drive project success. Qualifications: • 3+ years of software engineering experience supporting trading desks within leading proprietary trading firms or investment banks. • Strong foundation in software engineering principles and computer science fundamentals. • Proficiency in modern C++ and Python; familiarity with C is advantageous. • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical implementation in a fast-paced environment. • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adapting to evolving technologies and market conditions. • Proven ability to set technical direction, champion best practices, and contribute positively to team culture.
