As we scale across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, we are expanding our revenue leadership team.
Role Overview
The Director of Sales will lead regional revenue growth, frontline enterprise acquisition, and the development of a repeatable sales motion in North America. You will own strategic pipelines, coach AEs, and directly engage with major brands and agency partners to accelerate adoption of our MR & GenAI infrastructure.
This is a fit for a hands-on sales leader who can both close enterprise deals and shape a high-performance team.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the full sales cycle for high-value enterprise brands and agencies.
• Build a predictable revenue engine through pipeline creation, qualification frameworks, and deal-stage governance.
• Coach, mentor, and scale a growing team of Account Executives.
• Partner with marketing, product, and solutions engineering to develop compelling enterprise narratives and demos.
• Drive adoption across priority verticals (Retail, CPG, Entertainment, Tech, Travel, Sports, Automotive).
• Establish strategic partnerships with creative studios, holding companies, and platform ecosystems.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene; develop quarterly and annual territory strategies.
• Represent customer needs in product roadmap discussions.
• Consistently exceed ARR and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements
• 7–12 years in enterprise sales within Adtech, Martech, SaaS, or digital media.
• 3+ years leading or mentoring sales teams or pods.
• Deep understanding of brand marketing, agency ecosystems, and digital campaign performance metrics.
• A proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals.
• Excellent storytelling, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Experience building a sales motion in fast-growth environments.
• Bonus: Knowledge of AR/MR, WebAR, 3D workflows, or emerging creative tech.
