Workday Technology Lead - Integrations & Extend
This role involves leading and delivering projects, estimating project scope, crafting sales collateral, and architecting and delivering on projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday Integrations and Extend implementations, a strong understanding of client business drivers, and the ability to translate client requests into thoughtful and value-driven solutions.
• Estimate, Architect, and implement scalable Workday solutions.
• Define and evolve technical delivery standards and reusable assets for Workday integrations and Extend applications.
• Act as a thought leader in Workday Extend, guiding clients through custom app development and governance.
• Support integration health reviews and optimization strategies post go-live.
• Lead a high-performing team of Workday technical consultants, ensuring delivery excellence across integrations and Extend.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and emerging trends to clients.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams and clients to understand client challenges and Workday-related project requests.
• Develop detailed project estimates, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Participate in client presentations to articulate the proposed solution and address questions.
• Stay current with Workday product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape to continuously enhance solution offerings.
• Support pre-sales activities such as RFP responses and sales leads.
