The Role As a Lead Python Developer, you will be an essential member of a small, high-performing team tasked with developing scalable backend systems and data-driven products. You'll be instrumental in shaping architecture decisions, promoting engineering best practices, and collaborating across teams to deliver impactful features quickly.
