Job Summary Position Title: Sr. Business Analyst (BA) / Systems Analyst (SA) / QA Analyst Location: Los Angeles Job Description: The resource MUST haves 1. Self-starter personality 2. Strong communication written/verbal skills to work with people remotely, working with clients (sponsors), product managers, technical/development teams, scrum masters 3. Strong understanding of UML, interpreting sequence diagrams from system analyst perspective to create user stories; interacting with Architects and Lead Developers, as well as Product team members; exposure to Solution Architecture or Technical Architecture duties is a plus 4. 2-3 years previous experience in an agile/devops delivery cadence (2week sprints), code reviews, retrospectives, etc 5. 2-3 years writing agile User Stories and thorough Acceptance criteria, be the owner of "acceptance" for team (Rally, Jira, etc) 6. Provide/produce reports about acceptance testing, unit testing, regression testing, etc 7. Strong in write, ,governing and automating user stories using python/java via Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies and related frameworks (Cucumber, JBehave, etc); Ability to code acceptance as python or groovy or bamboo scripts in Jenkins would be ideal 8. Understanding of UX and UI prototyping 9. Work with SME's and developers to ensure that the suggested experience design is being followed 10. Create BPM/Other visuals to support the analysis communication 11. 2-3 years as system analyst background, end-to-end from API through to data model 12. 2-3 years involvement in SQA testing methodologies (load, performance, certification, regression, black box, etc) 13. System analysis exposure for non-functional requirements related to microservices patterns, Docker deployments and Kubernetes packaging, virtualized infrastructure, monitoring, alerting, system logs, etc 14. Have 1-2 years' work experience in at least 1 of the following projects: machine learning, data science, big data, statistics, microservices, and large scale application
