Key Responsibilities:
• Design and plan the office's infrastructure, including network systems, to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed network diagrams and configurations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot internal and external network issues, ensuring system availability for all users.
• Manage server, application, and virtual container updates, as well as backup and storage systems.
• Configure and update firewalls, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Improve database, network, server, and system performance in the office environment.
• Integrate and upgrade systems, ensuring a seamless transition from development to production environments.
• Oversee the data center and hosting environment, guaranteeing adequate capacity.
• Provide technical guidance and support to IT staff.
• Compile reports and document procedures, recording periodic changes to infrastructure and networks.
Requirements:
• A bachelor's or master's degree in networking, computer science, or equivalent, with at least 12 years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure, and systems integration.
• Experience with various infrastructure technologies, including virtualization, containers, storage, databases, cloud IaaS, Active Directory, IPS, VMware, PaaS, ESXi, vCenter, Exchange, VLANs, VDI, and Cisco products.
• Knowledge of SDWAN, WAF, VPN, WAN, and LAN systems and solutions.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and RedHat.
• Proficiency in programming languages like JAVA, Python, and .NET.
• Understanding of ITIL, ISO 27001/2002, and UAE AI frameworks.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, Microsoft Azure, VMware, Cisco, ITIL, CSM, CCNP.
