Systems Architect / Technical Lead
• Software-Defined Radio (SDR)We are seeking an experienced Systems Architect / Technical Lead to design and lead the development of secure, mission critical Software-Defined Radio (SDR) platforms.
This is a senior, hands-on technical leadership role with real architectural authority, working across hardware, software, DSP, and secure communications systems.
You will play a key role in shaping next-generation communication platforms used in high-impact, real-world environments.
What You'll DoOwn end-to-end system architecture for SDR platformsDesign and guide hardware–software co-design for complex radio systemsDevelop and review software modules (C/C++, Python, MATLAB)Contribute to DSP algorithm design and implementationLead technical decision-making across cross-functional engineering teamsTranslate system requirements into scalable, secure solutionsOversee integration, testing, and validation of final platformsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field8+ years experience designing and developing SDR or wireless communication systemsStrong understanding of SDR architectures, DSP, and wireless standardsHands-on experience with GNU Radio, MATLAB / Simulink, or similar toolsProficiency in C/C++, Python, and MATLABExperience with secure or mission-critical communication systemsExposure to SDN / NFV is a strong advantageComfortable operating as a technical authority and mentorWhy JoinWork on real products, not research-only projectsHigh technical autonomy and influenceLong-term programs with global impactOpportunity to shape architecture and technical direction at scaleApply directly or reach out for a confidential discussion.
