About The Role
This role serves as the primary Business Analyst for LoanServ and Symphony, responsible for defining requirements and driving delivery of solutions to address system-of record deficiencies. The position acts as a technical advisor for Symphony, offering balanced recommendations that weigh complexity against business value. Working closely with Product, this role helps evaluate current platform capabilities and contribute to shaping the future roadmap. The analyst will also support the consulting engagement focused on planning the replacement of Symphony by 2030. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business priorities and available capacity.
Responsibilities
• Opine and provide alternatives for Symphony development to meet Product manager specifications and budget constraints
• Attend technical demos and to ensure delivered system solutions meet requirements and adequately support business needs
• Work closely with Technology and Compliance to ensure regulatory requirements for calculations and customer disclosures are achieved.
• Support ongoing efforts for the eventual replacement of Symphony by 2030, ensuring no lost capabilities or down time during the transition
• Communication of systems capabilities to broad audiences, including senior leaders, focusing on business value achieved with technology
What We’re Looking For
• University or College degree in technology, design or software development
• 3 years Experience in LoanServ and Symphony development
• 1-3 years experience in AGILE delivery methodology
• Understanding of product management and/or project management methodologies an asset
