Manager – Systems Engineering
This role is fully remote for candidates based in Ontario.

What You’ll Do
• Lead end-to-end delivery of systems engineering, integration, modernization, and managed services programs.
• Act as the primary delivery lead for clients—running discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and executive briefings.
• Translate business needs into actionable delivery plans across global teams.
• Ensure quality, velocity, and predictable outcomes through KPI tracking, governance, and risk management.
• Identify opportunities for automation, tooling, and process improvements.
• Support sales and account teams with solutioning, estimation, and expansion opportunities.
• Mentor engineers, analysts, and technical leads across distributed teams.
• High-quality, on-time delivery across North American and global teams.
• Strong client relationships and trusted advisor credibility.
