Key Responsibilities:
• Execute technical implementation and configuration tasks.
• Provide post-deployment support and proactive system maintenance.
• Develop and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Support client training and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve service excellence.
• Perform regular system health checks and monitoring.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma or higher in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in technical implementation, support, or a related role.
• Foundational knowledge of enterprise networking and cybersecurity principles.
• Hands-on experience installing, testing, and troubleshooting hardware/software.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and basic IT ticketing systems/SLAs.
• Strong technical writing and client communication skills.
• A logical, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to learn and improve.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., networking, cloud, cybersecurity) are a strong advantage.
• Experience in enterprise IT, managed services, or the government sector is beneficial.
