Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
• Configuration system and support of simulation exercise. (training will be provided)
• Simulation training support at military camp sites
• Perform system testing, problem analysis, troubleshooting and to draw conclusions to the simulation exercise /project/software team.
• Prepare procedures, user documentation, operation manual, test procedures and test reports. (training will be provided)
• Provide support during simulation exercise. (training will be provided)
• Work with users to understand their problems or new requirements
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirement:
• Minimum requirements for Education: At least Diploma and Bachelor's Degree in engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology
• Comfortable with public speaking (classroom-size training etc)
• Knowledgeable of troubleshooting and debugging live software systems.
• Great Knowledge on API integration between different systems
• Linux knowledge will be a bonus
• Willing to travel between sites and office
• Basic networking knowledge will be a bonus
