Job Responsibilities
• Assist in designing IT infrastructure architecture including networks, servers, storage, and cloud systems
• Support documentation and maintenance of architecture diagrams and system records
• Collaborate with senior engineers to evaluate new technologies and solutions
• Participate in testing, deployment, and optimization of infrastructure projects
• Support in monitoring system performance and improving reliability
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields
• 1–2 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems support preferred
• Understanding of IT systems such as networks, virtualization, and cloud platforms
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
