What You Bring
• Technical Expertise:
• Cloud Native: Deep experience with AWS or Azure and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
• Polyglot Developer: Proficiency in C# or Java, paired with modern frontend frameworks like Angular or React.
• Data Driven: Strong grasp of both RDBMS (MS SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) database design.
• Integration Savvy: Expert knowledge of RESTful APIs and message-based architectures.
• Experience & Skills:
• The Track Record: At least 6 years in IT development, with 3+ years specifically focused on cloud-based system design.
• Methodology: Fluent in Agile environments and DevSecOps workflows.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with the communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Language: Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required.
• Bonus Points:
• Prior experience in the Insurance/ Financial domain.
• Background in Project Management or Business Analysis.
