• Successful completion of 4 years of high school, or equivalent, plus completion of 4 years of college with a bachelor’s degree.
• Major in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related subjects.
• Over 2 years of experience in manufacturing process quality.

Working conditions
• Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
• This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.

Skills
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, cross-functional collaboration and communication, more than 2 years of QA management experience
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred due to frequent interactions with suppliers and internal teams in Taiwan/China.
