Job Description CGI is seeking motivated and talented students for a Summer Cyber Security Internship in Montreal. Key Responsibilities • Assist in monitoring security systems and responding to alerts. • Participate in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities. • Support incident response efforts by analyzing security events and logs. • Contribute to the development and implementation of security policies and procedures. • Research emerging cyber security threats and technologies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into various projects. • Document security configurations, processes, and incidents. Required Skills • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, etc.). • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
