This is an 8-months contract.
Responsibilities:
Partner Management & GTM Execution
• Support Partner Managers in developing and executing GTM plans with prioritized partners to drive adoption and growth of messaging and commerce solutions
• Drive disciplined business planning and execution, including pipeline tracking, deal management, milestones, partner plans, and follow-ups
• Provide ongoing partner education and enablement on the company's products and programs, particularly solutions involving APIs and advanced integrations
Partner Integration & Enablement
• Facilitate partner onboarding and integration readiness, including trainings, product/process enablement, and day-to-day partner support
• Help partners operationalize the company's solutions by guiding them through program requirements, workflows, and launch/scaling processes
Issue Management & Escalations
• Track, triage, and resolve partner escalations by coordinating effectively with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
• Maintain clear escalation documentation, timelines, and communication to ensure timely resolution and partner satisfaction
Ecosystem Growth & Opportunity Mapping
• Support ecosystem expansion by identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new partners where relevant, with a focus on scalable impact
• Map ecosystem dynamics and identify emerging trends and opportunities across messaging and commerce to inform strategy and prioritization
Partner & Market Insights Feedback
• Gather partner feedback and market insights; synthesize and communicate actionable recommendations to influence product improvements and roadmap discussions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate partner needs into clear requirements, solutions, and execution plans
Program & Operational Support
• Support partnership-related operational activities, including contracting workflows, incentives and program tracking, and launch coordination
• Represent the team and portfolio in partner forums or industry engagements as needed
Requirements:
• Proficiency in English, business-level Japanese and business-level Mandarin is required to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the Greater China Region and Japan to support cross-border collaboration as part of the role’s responsibilities.
• Experience in partnerships, business development, or partner management within technology ecosystems (e.g. messaging, SaaS, cPaaS, enterprise software, commerce, ad tech, APIs)
• Strong track record in GTM execution, partner enablement, and operational rigor, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Proven analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and apply them to partner strategy and execution
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive outcomes through influence
