Stibo STEP Solution Architect – Contract Location: Richmond Hill, ON Contract Role Pay Rate: CAD 80 – CAD 90 per hour Experience: 5–10 years About the Role We are looking for an experienced Stibo STEP Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade MDM/PIM solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business, data governance, and technology, and who can lead solution design from concept through delivery. You will play a key role in shaping data models, workflows, integrations, and governance frameworks while ensuring the STEP platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with business strategy. What You’ll Be Doing • Architect, design, and implement MDM/PIM solutions using the Stibo STEP platform • Work closely with business stakeholders, data governance teams, and delivery teams to define: • STEP data models • Workflows and governance frameworks • Integration architecture • Configure the STEP platform based on business requirements and best practices • Ensure the solution is scalable, secure, and aligned with IT and business strategy • Act as a trusted technical advisor, engaging with multiple stakeholders and vendors • Provide delivery oversight and quality assurance to ensure milestones are met on time • Identify risks early, create mitigation plans, and clearly communicate impacts and alternatives • Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and training are completed for internal teams and customers • Apply industry best practices to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions • Support all Solution Architect responsibilities to ensure on-time delivery with no customer escalations Must-Have Skills • Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP platform • Expertise in solution architecture and design for MDM/PIM implementations • Solid understanding of data modeling, data structures, data quality, and data governance • Experience with workflow configuration, process design, and system integrations
