Primary Responsibilities:
• Patrol and observe assigned areas to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Perform routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and access points
• Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents, alarms, or emergencies
• Complete clear, accurate reports and logs of daily activities and incidents
• Enforce property rules and security procedures to prevent unauthorized access
• Provide directions, information, and assistance to staff, residents, and visitors
• Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency personnel when necessary
• Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and attitude always
Experience & Skills We’re looking for candidates who demonstrate:
• Prior 2 years of experience in security, military, or law enforcement
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication, customer service, and appearance
• Ability to remain focused, calm, and composed in high-pressure situations
• Willingness to work flexible schedules (evenings, nights, weekends, holidays as needed)
• A valid Texas security license (Level II or Level III)

• Driver’s license (if applicable to the role)
• Any relevant certifications or training documents
• TWIC card in hand
